SAFEGUARDING MEASURES

in News

We are committed to the safety and health of our patients, staff, and myself and are taking extra steps to safeguard our office during COVID-19:

Masks: All patients and guest/companion are required to wear masks.

Health Screenings: During this time, all patients will be asked a series of COVID-19 screening questions during the scheduling of their appointment and/or upon arrival at our office in order to address it properly.

Social Distancing: Waiting room chairs will be 6 feet apart.

Sanitizers: Hand sanitizer is available at the front office.

Cleanliness: In addition to adhering to the California Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control’s Infection-prevention and safety standards, additional time is being allocated between patients to allow us to clean the exam rooms.

Restricted Visitor Policy: For everyone’s health and safety, patients must limit the number of visitors or companions they bring to their appointment(s) to one (1) person. Visitor/companion must not exhibit any signs or symptoms of illness or otherwise, they can stay in their car and will call them if the patient is done.

Telehealth: If you prefer to do telehealth, let us know but there are some instances that Dr. Jao needs to see you in the office for better diagnosis.

I hope you and your family are continuing to stay well. Be safe and healthy!
